O’Connors is a long-established Irish bakery, rooted in family tradition and known for its handcrafted breads, fresh cream cakes, and everyday treats. Our design approach was guided by a ‘Classic Comfort’ concept, balancing timeless materials and warm tones with a more refined, modern sensibility. Through a considered palette, on-brand accents, and intuitive spatial planning, the space was designed to feel both elevated and approachable—supporting everything from quick daily visits to more relaxed in-store moments.
